Radio/CD player appear to come on but there is no audio.

I HAVE A PROBLEM..I CHANGED MY RADIO IN MY 2004 NAVIGATOR THEN MY TRUCK WOULDN'T START. I TALKED TO THE MAN THAT CHANGED IT AND HE SAID IT MAY BE THE BATTERY. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW BATTERY AND TRUCK STILL WON'T START. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM.
Radio anti-theft. Should have a code card you got with vehicle. might be stuck in your owners manual.
My 2004 linclon navigator cd player won't load cd or play cd,the screen read CD ERROR,when I open it the door won't close back I have to turn the the ingnition off then turn it back on for it to close..what's wrong with it.
