Check blower motor and resistor with test light,
CHECK TO SEE IF BLOWER MOTOR IS GETTING POWER.IF NOT CHECK FUSE AND RELAY.IF FUSES AND RELAY ARE GOOD.HOT WIRE BLOWER MOTOR USING JUMPER WIRE TO BATTERY IF MOTOR RUN.HEATER MOTOR CONTROL SWITCH BAD OR MOTOR NOT GETTING GOOD GROUND.IF BLOWER MOTOR DONT RUN WHEN YOU HOT WIRE IT.THE BLOWER MOTOR IS FAULTY.

99% chance it is the blower resister located behind glove box. Squeeze glove box in and pull out.
The resistor is right behind it, dealer part cost less then $20.
Dodge has had this problem for over ten years and until recently did nothing. Now they combine fuse with resistor, suppose that will correct it?

This is from the A/C Module located under the dash passenger side, check wether the internal fan is working if it is, then change the Module which is a small black part with two white metal blades like... and your A/C should work again...

sounds like the air handler for the front is inoperative the wheel that operates it may be broken. its in the dash.

as long as all the fuses are good.. its probably the blower resistor/module... located next to the blower motor under the pass. side of the dash..
