The alarm must of activated , the alarm is controlled by the locks, go to passenger door and use the key to lock and then unlock the door, this will shut down alarm, you may have to use the passenger door to shut down alarm due to a bad switch in drivers door, this will allow you to start the car, you can also not lock door and alarm may not arm. let me know if the passenger door lock works, good day.
Try closing the doors then hook up jumper cables, let it sit for a couple of minutes with cables hooked up and other vehicle running. Then try to use key to turn off alarm before opening door. Then try to start it.
