When i put the key in the ignition,i turn it over,it makes clicking noises,but dont turn on. what is the problem.

MAKE SURE GEAR SHIFTER LOCKS INTO PARK POSITION. THERE WILL BE A SOUND LIKE A CLICK, WHEN IT IS DONE CORRECTLY. THIS HELPED OUT ON MY CARAVAN.

using the wiring diagram below, the switch terminal with the pink/black wire comes from the bettery and should have continuity with the terminal with the dark blue wire when the key is on. It should not have continuity when the key is off. Similarly, the battery terminal should have continuity with the terminal that connects to the yellow wire when the key is turned to the start position. If the switch fails this test, replace it. TRY REPROGRAM KEY .PUT KEY IN IGNITION SWITCH TURN IGNITION SWITCH ON POSITION 20 SECONDS DONT START ENGINE WAIT 20 SECONDS TURN OFF SWITCH THEN TURN SWITCH BACK ON 20 SECONDS WATCH THE THEFT SECURITY LIGHT BLINKING.WHEN THEFT STOP BLINKING VECHICLE WILL CRANK.IF LIGHT STILL BLINKING.TRY FEW MORE TIMES KEY IN SWITCH ON POSITION FOR 20 SECONDS.MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT CAR KEYS IN SWITCH IF NOT WRONG SET OF CAR KEYS WILL SET OFF THEFT SECURITY SYSTEM.IF KEY RESETTING TRICK DONT WORK.CHECK BATTERY POWER MAKE SURE YOUR BATTERY HAS 12.5 VOLTS AND CHECK SECURITY THEFT FUSE.IF ALL LOOKS GOOD YOUR SECURITY HAS TO BE CHECKED OUT AT THE DEALERSHIP.

The alternator is not keeping the battery charged.

Replace the alternator and check the battery too.
