THERE SHOULD BE A DIP STICK LOCATED UNDER THE HOOD CLEARLY MARKED TRANSMISSION. TO CHECK YOU NEED THE CAR RUNNING IN PARK OR NEUTRAL AND AT OPERATING TEMPERATURE WICH SHOULD BE AROUND 195 DEGREES. IF THE FLUID IS IN THE ADD CROSS SECTION THEN ADD ACCORDINGLY THE FLUID GOES IN THROUGH THE DIP STICK TUBE SO YOU WILL NEED A FUNNEL! GOOD LUCK
this is a so called "sealed transmission" what does this mean?, there is no dip stick, the fluid level is checked by removing a plug on the tranmission case.
The transmission oil is located in the transmission. If you are looking for the dip stick, its on the engine and its written on the top of the stick. Do not mistake the oil dip for the transmission dip stick. It sounds as if you need someone to show it to you. Go to your nearest car parts and they will gladly show you the dip stick. I hope this was helpful.
The housing actually sits in front of the engine under the oil fill cap. It sits pretty close and low to the engine so it looks as if there is no housing. See image:
