Same as above....plus more

My air bag/seatbelt lights are on, but the seat belt light and chime are very sporadic. the air bag light stays on all the time. My driver's side door also does not lock, and no longer controls the passenger door lock. Also, my driver's side window will no longer work. The lights on my instrument panel flicker on and off. My 2003 tiburon has 106,000 miles on it, and I had to replace the clutch at about 45,000 miles. My parking brake doesn't work properly, it rolls even when the car is not in neutral.

Go to www.hmaservice.com and register( Vehicle by VIN). Afterward, you have access to shop manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, etc. about your vehicle.Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it.

Air bag dash light stays on

Hi there

Not normal at all. Could be a connection problem at the air bag pre tensioners, the part where your seat belt clips in to when you wearing the seat belt, or could be the hooter ring contact that is not good or the airbag/s has been activated then airbag computer and seatbelt stalks that activated has to be replaced.

Hope this sheds some light.

Regards
Phillip

Seatbelts locked after minor collision

Your seat belts are tied in to your air bag system. Even though your air bags may not have deployed, your seat belt(s) have deployed a one-time use trigger designed to cinch you tightly into your seat in the collision you were in. There is no way to reset them, they will need to be replaced. A used, functioning seatbelt will work, but usually must be of the same year as your car, even if other years appear identical. The wrong year will appear to the on board computer as an error, and will not allow the system to be restored to functional (air bag light will not go off), even though now your seat belt will appear to function. If your air bag light stays on after the bulb-check sequence at startup, it means the system is disabled...the air bag will not function in a crash.

I have a 2005 caravan that the seat belt warning light and chime will not turn off even when the belts are buckeled..additionally the passenger air bag off light is illuminated even when there is someone...

Pull the fuse it won't affect the seatbelts from working correctly. otherwise you have to disconnect each seatbelt lock to find the defaulted lock. As for the airbag light; do you have the type that can be turned off with a key? It may be permanently turn off and needs to be turned back on with the key.

2002 ford focus air bag sensor light stays on, also seat belt light with chime on also

Your airbag system is screwed up. Get to a shop immediately because its trying to tell you that your airbags won't work if you get in an accident.

Theres a red circle light on with a person sitting in the seat with seat belt on.light has stayed on for 2 weeks now does it have something to do with the air bags?

No, that is just an indicator that the driver or passenger isn't wearing a seatbelt. If it's on and you are wearing a seatbelt, it just means the light is malfunctioning. A mechanic can fix it for you.

Air Bag/Seat Belt lights are on

Exact same problem. Cost to replace seatbelt latch is $215 total. Called Hyundai and they said nothing could be done because my car was manufactured after the dates affected by the recall.

Flashing light on dash - seatbelt indicator

you did'nt state year, make, model. If you are talking about the seat belt light, check your seat belt(the one with the push/release button. check this top to bottom for a broken wire. ckeck under the seat the harness may be damaged as well. If it is the air-bag light bring it to your mechanic. air-bag circuits should be touched without the right knowledge and tools.

The SRS light stay on

SRS stands for supplemental restraint system. You have a problem with the airbag system. The seat belts have sensors to let air bag module know if they are buckled. Could be a bad buckle seat belt will work fine .This may be a common problem is why they said seatbelt problem
