Wow, you had me guessing there. I had never heard of one. For the chassis you should be able to find what you need just from a 78 Dodge van Chiltons manual. If you have problems with wiring inside the camping unit that will require you getting a manual from an RV dealer.

I found this page online but the images are so small I can't read them.

You can. Try a Chilton's manual or the how to books sold at auto parts stores. The starter solenoid wire goes directly to the ignition switch The fuse marked IGN controls power to the starter solenoid.
