my guess, you meant the RAD CAP or the SIDE expansion tank cap
DO TELL?
if the exp. plastic cheap tank cap fails you need a new tank
if the RAD cap fails.
that means , (wrong cap) or wrong rad.

lets do the little story, here,
last owner took out the stock rad, and put in a
POS import tank. (see this 3 times or more)
and has a custom tank, not legal Suzuki cap, at all.
the good rad BTW, is Spectra Premium brand, for sure.

one, i fixed i took the radiator in hand drop to every car store in town.
and guess what,, it has a non suzuki cap.
we tried every STANT (usa maker) cap and one fit. perfect.

Id bet wrong cap. .wrong RAD
they must match, that is for sure.

Thermostat!

take off rad cap (when cold) and also check the overflow tank, if they are low fill up.

Programming
When
Remote control buttons operated repeatedly while vehicle out of range and system becomes inoperative. System malfunction.
How
Ensure ignition switched OFF and all doors closed. Proceed as follows: Within 10 seconds, open driver's door and switch ignition ON. Within 10 seconds of switching ignition ON, switch ignition OFF. Within 20 seconds of switching ignition OFF, press and release driver's door contact switch 3 times. Within 10 seconds of releasing driver's door contact switch, switch ignition ON then OFF. Within 20 seconds of switching ignition OFF, press and hold both remote control buttons in turn for at least 5 seconds. The driver's door should lock and unlock once. Within 5 seconds of driver's door locking/unlocking, press remote control lock button Fig. 1 [1] or unlock button [2]. Programming procedure complete. Confirm programming has been successful by locking and unlocking vehicle.
NOTE: A maximum of 2 remote controls can be programmed.

The rims from the Honda CRV won't fit the Grand Vitara.

The Honda has a 5 X 114.3mm spacing and the Grand Vitara has 5 X 139.7mm spacing. This means that even though they are both 5 lug rims, the Honda lugs are spaced closer together than the Vitara so they won't match up.

1. open the rear door
2. open the rear door sidings
3. try loosing the not of the handle
4. remove the steel wirings of the handle
5. install the new rear door handle

I have had brand new Thermostats that are bad. The way to check a thermostat is to boil it in water and see when it opens. You may need to have your radiator cleaned or roded out. You can also remove your thermostat and see what happens then I would start by flushing the system and see what you get.

Have you check the radiator fan? The're 2 of them but 1 work with the AC.
