Keep getting a P0171. Cleaned MAF sensor. Everything seems to be in spec.

Where did you come up with p0506 too rich ? That's not what that code is about .
DTC P0506: Idle Speed Low . Your best bet take it to a qualified repair shop before you replace more parts it doesn't need .

did you clear all codes after fitting everything the read for codes again

try cleaning the plug in contacts of the maf
and cleaning the maf itself

check your brake booster to see if it leak by listen to the hissing sound.

p0171, p0175 = system too lean (usually related to MAF Sensor) this means that the Air Flow Sensor is telling the computer that much less air is entering the engine than actually is. but first check for vacuum leaks in hoses and also pcv hose. the maf sensor may just need cleaned. any auto parts store will have maf sensor spray, follow directions on can. or you can use electrical spray also. as for the 02 sensors its possible. check or clean maf sensor first.

P0171- mens the MAF sensor is dirty and needs cleaned. You can get MAF cleaner at your local auto parts store. The MAF is located in the air intake just after the air filter
P1130- is more than likely a result of the previous code. It is in regard to the feul/air mixture ratio. A dirty MAF can cause this code.
Also, if you are using an aftermarket oiled air filter, it would be the cause of the P0171 code.
