The problem can be with the horn pad, the horn relay or the horn itself. Find your horn relay, it should be in the engine compartment fuse box. Remove the relay and test for power at the legs. there should be two legs that have power. If there is power there, take the cover off the relay and plug it back in. Squeez the relay points together and see if the horn works. If the horn still does not work, it is probably the horn itself. If it does work it is probably the horn pad, but you don't want to mess with that because of the air bag. Let a pro do it.

All of this is predicated on the fact that you have checked all the fuses.

Hope this helps

My horn, on a 2004 Taurus, worked before I switched it to an older model 1998, because the horn notes are brighter and louder than on my '04.
The 1998 horn worked, cuz I tried it before I buttoned everything back up. Up put the car back together. No horn. I checked the fuse... good. The horn pad is ok, cuz it just worked, 15 minutes ago.
So I put the one that came with the car back on. I tried it before buttoning everything up. Of course, no horn. Ok, no big deal, I'll work it out. So I leave to go to the auto parts place... no cruise control. Now I'm heated!

BTW, the 2004 Taurus SES3.0 OHV does not have a relay under the hood, just the #38 fuse slot under the dash and steering column...which was good.

V50 horn doesn't work

Press panic button on the remote to check if horn is broken or if the switch in the steering wheel does not work.
Also check fuse for steering wheel module.

The horn does not work. Checked the fuse and it appears to be good. Where is the horn located?

I would look somewhere around the radiator. Near the front grill. Be sure to test horn by "jumping" power/or negative to horn. Maybe loose wire somewhere like at steering wheel? Some horns are connected to positive and need negative from steering wheel to honk.

Horn does not work on 2005 ford Taurus, clicking near fuse box. Fuse is good.

the clicking you hear is the relay. check for power at the horn, if it has power, the horn is bad..

My horn isnt working on my 2002 zx2 ford , the fuse is good. in

Check the horn relay, it is located under the dash near the fuse box. I believe it is on a white box. You may need to purchase a new relay or there could be a problem with the horn button in the steering wheel/column. Check relay first.

My horn doesn't work, neither does my cruise control help anyone i need to get my car inspected ASAP

For inspection you shouldn't need the cruise to work but for the horn have you checked the fuse? or relay? Another thing to look for is are the wires both connected to the horn? if all that checks out check and see if power is getting to the horn and also check in the steering wheel to make sure nothing happened there.
