Get a second person to pull bonnet catch and you push up and down on the bonnet whilst catch is being pulled. 1, cable possibly stretched, 2, look at bonnet catch under the coloum to see if wire is attached, 3, try and lie under car and look up the back of the bulkhead to see the catch and release it manually. Hope that helps.

Can you tell me please where to find tools that usually accompany car and also the device for lowering spare wheel

Make and model?
They vary a lot on how to lower the spare but generally you will need a wheel brace. As for the bonnet release..... try under the steering column, under the passenger glovebox and either side lower down the window pillars. Some even have a keyhole behind the bonnet badge that swings up. When released, the secondary catch is always fun to work out.....not! Lift the bonnet slightly and look in the grill and see if a little handle has popped out for you to pull. Otherwise try and look and feel under the bonnet for a release mechanism.
Like I said, make and model will help someone help you. You could also try owners forums online. I find them great for just about any problem.

How to open the volvo s40 from outside bettery

You need to release the bonnet from the release catch under by the steering wheel. Normally Red in colour. You need to pull it towards you.
When you go to the bonnet it should be slightly raised up. Put your hand in the middle and there should be a small handle catch for you to push to one side . you should be able to pull the bonnet up then.

Renault clio problem

I have to say that the simplest would be to call AA, they're usually quite adept at opening bonnets if the battery is dead (preventing access to the bonnet release).

The battery of my Renault Scenic is flat, I need to open the bonnet to fit a new battery. How do I do that

There should be a bonnet release handle in the vehicle low and almost under the dashboard. Pulling that handle is the first step. After pulling that handle if you go to the front of the vehicle then under the bonnet there should be an additional handle to move right or left to completely release the hood.

Bonnet wont open on reault laguna

There are two release catches about 15" to the right and left of the centre safety catch. Roughly at each end of the top of the radiator.

The bonnet release cable goes first to the right hand one then there is a wire from that to the left, in a daisy chain way. They are typically French, cables fit into plastic levers ( a bit like bike brakes) not metal which break easily. replacements are not cheap. You need to be able to pull the cable to both catches to get the bonnet up. I managed to do this from underneath. In my case the, left hand one was broken and right hand one was working, but the getting it open broke the bit that that pulls the left. Managed to away with buying just one new catch as they are identical, swopping the right partly broken one over to the left side.
