Do you have spark at spark plugs? If no check ignition fuse or check them all. You say no codes??? So you plugged in you scanner even though check engine light did not go on?

    Fuel pump or fuel injector problems . Hooking up a fuel pressure gauge to the test port on the fuel rail would be the thing to do .Video's on youtube showing how . You can buy fuel pressure tester for around $20 , or can rent or some part stores have loan a tool programs .

Your column lock is where you put your key in to start the vehicle. It sounds like there is a short in the steering wheel lock mechanism or anti-theft system. I would recommend having a certified Chevy auto shop check it out.

All the things you said work are likely to have relays in them, start at the relay box to see if the harness multi pin plugs are secure.

2000 corvette says turn off and restart when the gas peddel is flored
Next time it happens. (Don't turn it off) Drive it to a parts store and have the codes read. Once you/we know the codes we can start to narrow things down. But what it seems it's doing is resetting whatever went out of limits. That's why you have to turn it off.

NO TURN SIGNALS 2000 CORVETTE
Push the hazard button a hanging the flasher is quite the job. Good news is that they make a flasher bypass. It is an easy fix and takes about 15 minutes. You can find them on ebay for about 60.00

My 2000 corvette won't crank up---no lights will come on-----nothing works in dash, not even the radio
I would take the battery cables loose and actually verify battery is not leaking. If "security" is causing no start then you can tell by watching the security lamp on dash. It should be on solid when key is turned to run if it is part of your concern. also sounds like you could have a body control module problem it controls the interior lamps which may explain clicking you heard and also controls the security.
