Without testing , hooking up a scan tool an checking engine data no i could say for sure . Your best bet , have it towed to a qualified repair shop.
I had a diagnostic done on it two weeks before I hit the pothole they said my relay sensor was going out in my 4-cylinder I know I need a new coil pack and all that I don't know how to check the relay sensor would that cause my car to totally died out like now it's not getting any power unless I leave it on the charger my batteries in the backseat no mechanic really wants to touch it because of the OnStar mode if anything has to be done to motor has to be lifted up for everything

either your alternator has gone or your fan belt is not there which helps the alternator to charge the battery get a volt meter on your alternator to see if it is kicking out what it should be
SOURCE: Check charging system
So you have a new alternator. I S IT CHARGING ? If the answer is yes , and the battery still dies, I would say there is a 12 volt drain in the electrical system. Hope this helps

Could be your alternator. If you can get it started again. Try to have the alternator checked out.

The easiest way to check is with the car running, disconnect the positve side of the battery, if the car dies, then it is the altenator, if the car keeps running then it is the battery. If you have a volt ohm meter, check the chrge going to the battery you should get between 12 and 14 volts if it is lower than 12 you have an altenator issue. the altenator should always produce enough to charge the battery and run the car at the same time, if not then the battery wears down.

I had a diagnostic done on it two weeks before I hit the pothole it said my relay sensor was out and I needed my 4-cylinder fixed so I know I need a coil pack but would that cause my car not to start I mean I'm not getting no power at all if I charge it it will start for a second and then die and all the battery from everything is gone I'm going to have to recharge it and no mechanic wants to touch it cuz the OnStar motor
I would ,diagnose it . Have thirty years as Cadillac technician . The electronic's on these vehicles are very complex . Not recommended for a do it yourself-er to tackle . Hooking up the factory tech 2 scan tool an doing a full vehicle scan , not just OBD 2 . Your vehicle has over 10 computers on board . Did you try the dealer ? Couldn't even begin to help you on here , you probably wouldn't know what i was talking about .
