Check your regular maintenance items for signs of an issue- spark plugs, wired, distributor cap, and electrical connectors that may have corrosion.

Can be several things starting with worn plugs. What's the year, make, engine and mileage. When were plugs changed? See this post for how to diagnose a P0300 random misfire

2005 honda accord 4cyl misfire on all cylinders

The problem is the signal coming from the computer might need it reflashed. The computer controls the cylinders by sending electrical impulses to the coils. The impulses are out of sequences.

I have a 98 honda accord 5 spd it has a 4cyl motor vtech i just need to know how to fix a miss fire in cylinder 2 and wich one is cylinder 2

Cylinder #2 is the the second spark plug counting from the right to left.
EX.Below are spark plug on engine

Your misfire can be cause by couple of things but the cheapest way that you can try to fix your car is to do a tune up by replacing:
1)all spark plugs
2)do a oil change
3)spark plug wires
3)distributor cap and rotor

note misfire can be cause by:
1.bad gas
2.spark plug and/or wire
3.distributor cap and/or rotor
4.valve adjustment
5.injector
6.off timing
7.ECM
8.bad wiring(power, ground or feed line)

02 sensor p0136 and cylinder misfire p0300

Most likely you do not have bad O2 sensor or coil sience you have P0300 code.
Check for vacuum leaks first , this is very common problem(vacuum leak) , lean mixture will cause misfire. I'm tallking about V6 engine , 4cyl have same problems but for misfire it may have bad coil (they under recall now).
Also check condition of air mass sensor , if it's dirty ,
buy air flow sensor cleaner and clean it according to user manual on the can.(air mass sensor can cause
O2 sensor code)
Check vacuum hose to fuel pressure regulator.
There are many more things to check , but that for mechanic shops after you try this.

1996 Honda Accord Rough Idle Even After tune up performed Changed spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor wheel along with all spark plug wires, changed fuel filter, air filter, spent $150 on fuel injector...

Perform a valve clearance inspection and adjust if necessary. Tight or sticking valves will cause a misfire or rough running concern. Note: Perform valve adjustment when the engine is stone cold. 4cyl: INT 0.26mm EXH: 0.30mm (V6 engine are hydraulic and no adjust necessary.) Also check for a sticking or stuck open EGR valve. For diagnostic purposes only: Remove the EGR valve. Place a business card over the EGR passage and bolt the EGR valve back on. This plugs the EGR ports and if the misfire goes away the EGR valve is partially stuck open and is defective.
Check for low fuel pressure. Check for low compression. Check cam timing. Check for a weak ignition coil. Also don't over look the possibility of worn or broken engine mounts which cause excessive engine movement and engine vibration. -hope this helps

Engine keeps missing. unknown codes

Code 1682 indicates low battery voltage. This could be a problematic alternator, which would likely cause misfiring. Autozone should be able to check this for you for free.

Code 1391 indicates the computer can not see the crank or cam sensor signal. This would likely be a result of the misfires.

Code 0320 indicates the crankshaft position sensor reference signal could not be found while the engine is cranking.

All of these issues point to either a cam/crank sensor malfunction or a charging system problem, either or both of which could cause the misfiring.
