Look in the trunk on the ant side and pull back the the felt and you will see where it connects and disconnects. You may have a broken antenna lead. At the bottom of all electronic antennas is a plastic lead that fits in the motor to wind the antenna up or down. See if that is still attached or broken. If the motor is still good you only need to replace the stem, but if there is no life to the motor then you will have to replace it.

You can find it under the passenger side, below the glove box. Usually, when they fell, you will get mutiply codes that don't make sense, but needs to be tested with a scan tool, Genesis, or Snap on Scanner.
