Fuel pump or relay is out. Did you check fuel pump pressure? Change fuel filter?

sounds like your fuel pump weak, need to check fuel pressure when engine won;t start and check with engine running

Have a 96 Jimmy. Sometimes it runs and other it will not start. If i put gas in motor directly it will start and stay running. Runs fine for a few starts bit after it sits over night it will not start...


Your carb has a very small pinhole that lets the fuel in the float section drain out. You may have to replace the carb. Good luck with that.

Wont start after sitting a few days unless primed with gas in the carb. Replaced fuel pump and filter


primer pump in carb is bad it's easy to fix and will need to buy carb kit to get it all it is is a small rubber piece that helps pump gas into the carb good luck.
