I have a 2004 kia optima 4cylinder. 2 weeks ago, it did not start up right away, i had to try twice then it seemed to be fine, pulling onto a busy street from a stop, it bogged (flooring it didn't seem to give enough power, but it finally came around.) pulled codes from home after the check engine light came on, can't recall the code # but it read ''misfire in cylinder 2.'' noticed arcing over one of the coils. got professional diagnostics, with results, replace mass airflow sensor, spark wires and coil boots.
replaced spark plugs (with proper gapping), spark plug wires, coil boots, and the MAF sensor. it is still not starting properly and is still arcing over the same coil.

my coil packs where tested, that was not the problem. before testing, i bought a brand new coil pack to check that, the same arcing. i'm at a loss.
