Go to you local automotive store like advanced auto,or auto zone and buy a "Haynes manual" it shows all that towards the back of the book. You will buy it for your year and model of your vehicle. It shows so much info. I recommend it to anyone, I'm glad I found out about the Haynes manual myself.
make sure you remove all door panel screws, you can use a mehanics rag to go behind door handle to remove horse shoe clip that holds door handle if you don't have the proper door tools , it is much easier with the correct tools you can buy they are cheap at autozone or kragens, sears... disconnect any door swtiches like door locks , power mirriors if equipped, then just pull up and out on door panel noting the plastic retainers on back of door panels... please rate help, thanks...
Go to the public library or buy a service manual at the auto parts store for your truck. You should buy one if you plan to keep the truck a long time. If no manual can be found. You have to roll the window all the way down and remove the window crank and the door handle so the door panel can be removed. then remove the window mechanism from the door. Then install the new glass into the frame and tighten the screws (not too tight) the glass will brake. Tape and paper the new glass for protection and then re-install the same way it came out. Put the rest of the parts back together.
