Sounds like the main wiring loom into the door has been damaged.
Check near the hinges, where the door swings, to see if any damaged wires. Does the door lock and unlock from the drivers side switch?

CHECK WHERE THE WIRES GO INTO THE DOOR THEY BREAK THERE SOMETIMES

Gonna need to remove the panels and see where you left some wiring disconnected or pinched.

Switching Fuses proved nothing

Don't have a volt meter ?

Did you check out any of the window switches ?

If not the switch, then door panel comes off & you
test the motor

I own a 2500 hd 4 door and my windows ,mirrors,doorlocks all started working slow and sometimes not at all. I Replaced the master control switch (driver side controls) and all is fine now.

this is usually caused by a break in power wire right at the door janb inside of rubber accordian boot

THE PROBLEM SOUNDS LIKE LOOSE WIRING CONECTIONS IN THE DRIVERS DOOR , BEST THING TO DO IS HAVE A LOOK OPEN UP DOOR PANEL AND CHECK ALL CONECTIONS, GOOD LUCK

you will need to replace the window regulator. it is the cable operated assembly in the door. it is a very common problem. the dorman number is 741-644 at most parts stores. please rate
