check the engine temperature sensor ?

Sounds like the ignition module on the fender.
You would need to know if you are missing spark to the plugs when it quits running. The carb would not run out of fuel then suddenly have fuel again.

It can be low fuel pressure issue or clogged fuel pump. Or its engine related issues,---------------

Many things could be your problem
1- coolant temperature or wiring defect
2- Cooling fan not working
3- Need to retrieve any engine faulty code with a scanner.
4- With a scanner look for any data that is not normal.

Do you have a check engine light on ? If so Get codes first for a direction. Sounds like temp sender or coolant component is faulty.

you problaby have a missfire, you need to check it out soon or it will have some damage on your catalyctic converter

Given your high guage temps of 210 degrees and high ambient temperature of 100 degrees, your engine's stalling can very likely be linked to either one of these three causes: 1) vapor lock; 2) percolation; or 3) PCV malfunction. check fuel pressure regulator.+ vacuum lines going to it look see if gas in vacuum line.if so regulator rupture.

sounds like you have a vacuum leak, check all the vacuum hoses and replace any broken or kinked ones, also check around the intake manifold gasket for leaks. any air leaks after the air flow meter creates 'un-metered' air which inturn will make the car run rough and stall, hope this helps
