Did you got to a Low RIder shop? LOL !

Spring came off clutch pedal is it an easy way to put it back on

If the spring has a long section that hooks around the pedal just use a screw driver and place the blade under the spring and on to the pedal arm and lever the spring back until the hook bit goes over the pedal .

Trying to put the back crank windows back in my Chevy II Nova

If it's a C shaped spring, just put the spring on the handle and pound the handle onto the shaft. The shaft is tapered and will spread the spring open until it snaps into the slot on the shaft.

Im putting the left back shoes on and i dont know how the springs go back together could sumone tell me

Easiest would be to look at the right side wheel (assuming it's not been dismantled as yet) Take note of which spring goes where but also in which direction. ie if the long end of the spring is pointing to the front of the car on the RH side, then the same spring on the LH side of the car should also be pointing forward. The trick to shoe assembly is to put the springs on before you fit the shoes to the housing. Fit the first shoe to the parking brake cable, then fit it to the housing. Now attach the springs to the fitted shoe. Last connect the other shoe to the springs and pull the shoe into its seat.

A spring came off and now the hood will not stay closed cant figure out how to put the spring back on

You will need a mechanic to put the spring back on as it is brute force that does the trick.
Running a rope through the end - and having an elephant back up and stretch it on the hood is close to what needs to be done. Let a pro do it as this can be injury dangerous.

How can I get the springs back on rear brake pads on 1999 suburban? I took the brakes off and now I am having problems putting the springs back on. Any solutions on how to make this a little easier?

there is no springs on brake pads,
if you mean rear drum ,brake shoes, which springs are you having trouble with, the round cylinder springs that hold the shoes fast to the backing plate or the the return springs that bring the shoes back after being pushed out by wheel cylinders.
