look in your owner's manual for a reset code. It is a 4 digit code. if you dont have it, just go to a Honda dealer and they should be able to provide one to you
yes , open the compartment at passenger side. inside you will see a code. Shut off the radio and put the radio on , the screen will tell you code , put in that number and it will work
Look in the Acura book that came with the car then you have to do this: If you have jumped or replaced the battery at anytime this will happen. You have to get the serial number off the radio by removing it or partially taking it out to see the numbers on it try not to remove any cords. With the stereo out (to make sure you get the right number off of it) call an Acura dealership with the number and they will give you the another number to enter into the stereo and directions on how to punch the numbers in. Make sure while you have the stereo out you write the serial number down and keep it in a safe place also the number that the Acura dealership gives you because if you sell the car or if it happens again its easily accessible.
