Through the back seat! Easy to do. Remove seat base by pushing back on the seat. Or, 2 bolts may hold it in place. Remove a black rubber grommet/cover, about 6 inches in diameter, and there it will be!
The antenna should screw into the base. You probably need a small pair of pliers or an adjustable wrench to take the old one out. Just unscrew as you would any screw (counter clockwise) to loosen.

in order to get the code for the radio you will have to remove the radio and read the number off the back to the service department at a honda dealer. Otherwise you will have to take the car into the dealer where they will have to remove the radio and do the same thing. Also if you input the wrong code three times the radio will lock down and you will have to leave the battery disconnected for a day before you can try again.
