I have a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Over the past years, I've lost my remote to open and lock the doors. Recently, I was able to get my Jeep "road worthy". Now my problem is the Jeeps alarm activates...

Pull your horn fuse for the time being. The answer is replacing the PCM with one that didn't have security installed. Disconnect the battery when pulling the PCM! It should be located just behind you coolant reservoir tank on the firewall. Do not buy a PCM from Auto Zone.

Use the key to lock and unlock the back hatch that is how you can reset them if that don't work try the passager side door using the key to lock and unlock the door. Must use the Key or it will not work

Electrical Problem in 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited

You co0uld change the module but I don't know the exact location of yours (under the dash) If I was working on it and couldn't get a location, Id take a look at one from a parts house so I had an idea what I was looking for, then start looking. They aren't cheap though so sometimes it's best to have a good shop look it over just to make sure it will fix the problem.
When working, I test everything either with meters, scanners etc or use known good units to check problems. Here, I can only make educated guesses. Electrical parts are generally non-returnable so mistakes can be costly.
Good luck though.

My drivers side door stopped working electrically. the keyless entry works but the none of the buttons work, windows door or locks but the window lock out works 1999 jeep grand cherokee

if you open the drivers door and look for the rubber boot near the hinge, pull the boot back and you will find a heavy blown wire with (i think with a red trace) will be broken. join the wire together and solder so it cant pull apart..

Doors not locking when open only when closed, relays cicking

You can't lock the car when any of the doors are open EXCEPT with the door "Lock" button on the driver's side door. The remote will not lock the car when any of the doors are open.
