2003 Hyundai Santa Fe (4 cyl) needs a new rear motor mount, but I can't figure out how to get a wrench on the bolts holding the mount to the frame. Are there some instructions somewhere?

its your serpentine belt (thats what its called) and you will need a 3/8 ratchet and then find the belt tensioner. The tensioner has a spot where you need to put the ratchet into and pull or push depending on whatever way and that will releive the pressure off the belt so you can take it off.

try taking a pin and cleaning the holes on the squirters and if that does not work check the washer pump it is located on the washer fluid tank

There is no onboard programming procedure for this vehicle. This vehicle requires special equipment be connected to the vehicle to program the keyless remote. Translation you need the dealer to do this.
