Is it the CCRM/Relay Module, or is it the PIP sensor in the Distributor, or is it the ECM/ the main car computer? I have spark, I have power to the ICM, Distributor but no power to turn on the fuel injectors. The car ran fine before it quit running. The fuel pump works.
I have a 93 nissan and the injectors are controlled through the ecm on it. Ot will ground the circuit to open the injector. Not sure if that's how the Tempo works, but given that they are electrical, I'd say it's similar.
Some fixya user told me a website reliable-store it is very good.. I used it to repair my shredder it had some spark issue which wasn't easily fixed. you can go there and try

change the module on the side of the distributor. it was a common problem in the 1990 era.
SOURCE: have a 1991 buick lesabre 3800 v6, cant get to
Check the ECM if it has the number 1228253 on it, this is what is wrong with it. Gm trashed all of these bad ecms. Get a 16198264 as they do not cause a cutting off problem . Get a delco ecm , aftermarket units will give trouble and may be a rebuilt 1228253 which is junk.

This sounds like a main relay problem here is a diagram its located under the dash under steering column its the brownish -orange box in the picture. http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/mainrelaylocation/7-main_relay_closeup.jpg Good luck and thanks for using FIX YA
SOURCE: where is the fuel pump relay on a 1992 ford tempo?
The fuel pump relay is part of a large relay control unit called the IRCM (intagrated relay control module)
The module is about 6"x4"x2" and has gobs of wires (large retangular connector) coming out of it, the module is mounted on a bracket under the hood that is bolted to the top of the driver's side front strut tower, this module can be self tested by a dealer to see if it is bad, they seldom fail, I am a Ford dealer tech and have only replaced 2 in 20 years, Tempo does however have a fuel pump issue..

Yes, there is fuel pump relay, which is generally located on the passenger side kick panel. But in your case, the fuel pump relay on 2002 model Xterra is indeed located under the
dash around the steering wheel, but no you don't need to remove the
cover just lay in floor and you can see it, it will slide off a bracket
and you can remove and replace it.
Good Luck!
