From my experience chimes dont go through fuses.

take the dash apart so as you can get to the switch, unbolt and replace

there is what they call a chime module . located on the drives side in or near the fuse box by the lower kick pannel . this module could be about 2x2 color black/green/or tan . and look like it has a small speaker grill in it . remove this and it should stop the warning chimes

sounds lick you have a dead short check all the wires going to that light make sure no bare spots in wires and check the light socket is in good condition and not burnt up..

The blower motor may have a short in the windings. Replace blower motor...

You can try bigger fuse. Only 5 more. Not above that. Chime is up above fuse box

The door chime is a victim; it is just telling you the lights are still on.
The relay responsible for the headlights probably has welded contacts and will need replacement. If you know where the fuse box is located, you can temporarily disable the headlights by pulling the fuse and the relay (which should be identified) is probably also in the box.

REPLACED THE BLINKER/FLASHER/HIGH/LO/WHINDSHILD WHIPER UNIT $70 AT YOUR LOCAL AUTO ZOO EASY FIX THREE SCREWS FROM BOTTOM OF COLUM. REMOVE PLASTIC COVERS REMOVE 2 SCREWS FROM BLINKER UNIT REMOVE TWO CONECTORS AND INSTALL NEW
