Air conditioning systems should only be serviced by trained technicians because of the pressures involved and risks of explosion or injury. If you are unsure how to recharge a/c and don't have the proper equipment you should take it to a shop.

you would need to heat it up from behind to remove the dent and the rubbing compound should work as long as it hasnt penetrated your paint layer

you should not have to remove the bumper to replace these, you will have to remove the core support, wich you will see 2 bolts on each side, just oin front of the radiator....

it could be one of 2 things.
you didn't vaccum it all the way or there is b clog in the system. next time u flush it run about 1/8 cup of rubbing alcohol through it . then push clean air through it. then refill it. if that doesnt work replace the seals on the compressorlow and high side lines/manifold.

Have you checked compression? Ford 2.0L engines are bad about dropping exhaust valve seats. Also are you sure your valve timing is correct? Possible timing belt problem.
