the speed sensor for this vehicle is actually in the rear differential of the vehicle. this is the sensor that runs the speedometer also known as the vehicle speed sensor. there are also two speed sensors in the front one on each wheel known as wheel speed sensors these are for the abs system only

Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor controls fuel delivery and ignition timing, the pressure in the intake manifold will vary due to stress or work load, the MAP sensor monitors this, reporting to the computer. Good luck.

Wow...... You have covered many of the usual culprits in this situation. The majority of start but wont run issues are solved by new batteries on Chrysler products.
Two more things to look at:
Cleaning the throttle body to make sure it is not too gunked up, and also the IAB or IAC valve which is attached to the intake near the throttle body.
Either one being dirty can cause what you are seeing.
Could also be a PCM module which is the main computer for the engine also called the Powertrain Control Module.

The MAP sensor is located on the front of the intake manifold. An O-ring seals the sensor to the intake manifold.
