Chrysler Pacifica how to fill the transfer case

There's quite a few steps involved. A few hours at a minimum assuming everything goes smoothly.

Only use the original equipment item for that model year and not something from some other model.

Not sure but it should work the transfer case is capable of transferring 99% percent of the power to the axle that has traction

The AWD works by itself so I would look at a bad transfer case

I know that you have probably already figured this out but I thought I would post in case someone else was looking at this like I was. My heater wasn'y working properly in my 07 Pacifica and would only get hot after I drove it at fast speeds but as soon as I stopped it would blow cold again. It ended up being a small hole in the radiator. As soon as they filled it with antifreeze it worked normal again. So a quick easy cheap check would be to check the coolant first.

Remove plug on diff fluid should be right there if you stick your finger in hole. Don't forget the center one like transfer case

Are you getting a check engine light?

Not long at all, there located in each wheel. Worst case is about an hour per sensor...
