My Hyundai Atos Prime is gerking and cuts off when idling. Please help

SOURCE: 1999 hyundai atos black smoke (petrol fumes) when

air fuel ratio is way out so get it tuned up

if it has one, the timing belt should be done, along with a tune up. spark plugs air filter, fuel filter. etc

The dealership can use your VIN and your computer number to get a duplicate key that will work in your ignition. They can also reprogram the computer to bypass the immobilizer. How many miles does you Hyundai have on it. The computer is covered under warranty for 100,000 miles. How much are they trying to charge you in US Dollars?
