Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? How to use a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter to test electrical circuits ? View wiring diagrams to see what all is involved in making the windows work . 05 Lexus probably has a electronic control module used to control windows . Does the passenger window only work from it's door switch ? Does the driver master switch open / close that window ?
Is there battery voltage going to the driver master switch ? Wires can break inside the rubber boot from the body to the door . Testing battery voltage to the door switch an testing for a good ground . You need a wiring diagram so you know which wires to test .
The passenger side window works from the driver's side panel and the passenger panel. Door and window locks still work from driver panel. Fuses are good.

Battery Disconnect Window Reset Procedure: Roll window all the way down ( in first position), then roll window all the way up. When you reach the top, press and hold the switch down for 3-5 seconds. Roll window all the way down (again), press and hold the switch down for 3-5 seconds. The window should roll up and down normally. Repeat the same steps for ALL the window switches.

Thanks for using FixYa. First of all you’ll need to check
battery voltage, recharge it if it is low or jump start with another battery
charger. Inspect, clean and tight both ends of all battery cables. Also check,
clean and tight wiring connections. Check for voltage at relay. If relay has
voltage but there is no "click" when key is turned to start, replace
relay. Remove starter and inspect drive gear and flywheel teeth, replace
damaged parts if necessary. Check to see if voltage reaches starter relay/solenoid
when turn to start. If not, check for open P/N switch and brake or clutch pedal
switch. Please pry the
interior panel and release the inside door locks. If still the issue is not
resolved then you’ll need to drill a two inch hole into the latch to access the
inside lock link through the interior panel. After removing the panel replaces
the latch to resolve the issue. See the picture where to drill---

Checked fuses, they're all fine. Battery window reset won't work because only one window works, door controls don't respond either.
