does the starter turn the engine? do you hear the fuel pump working? do you have spark at the plugs? is the air filter clogged? you have a few things to check before you guess the computer
Try check the engine control unit.. It's located at passenger side under the plastic cover food step side wall.. I repair more then 30 units of this GS300 n ARISTO all with the ECU failure if check everything with the engine n sensor.. Also check if there is fuel supply coz some model build with hi-low fuelpump control module.
