This usually happens when the roads are slick and the tires can't grab. The problem would be if it doesn't go off. If that's the case, then your car should still be under warranty for this. If for some reason it's not under warranty, Look in your owners manual, and find out where the button is for your stability track, usually on the dash board or in the glove box, push the button to turn it off. If this doesn't work, you'll have to go after the sensor and or wiring for the sensor, OR...the light being illuminated is telling you there is a problem and the and your stability track can't disengage.
