Check the lockout switch for the windows. There is a lockout switch on the drivers door that will turn off all window functions in the car. Even the drivers controls.
Also after you have rulled that out, then try the window switches on each individual door.
If nothing is still working, I would try replacing the drivers switch assembly first. They are known problems. Just pay and change it. Be sure. Life is better this way.
Then change the motors in the doors if this does not cure it.
Also change the power lock motor in the failed door.
This will restore you to normal. Ebay is full of quality parts for your Jeep. I buy mine there on Ebay.
HI there your problem is the motor . each window has it's sprat motor . to be shore check the switch by remove it from console . and with a test light find the wires cumming out of the switch for driver side door window see if you have power . you should have power on one wire all the time with ignition switch in the on bastion .if you have power as you operate the window switch .put the window is still not going up or down you need window motor.
There are broken wires in the wiring harness between the frame and your driver's side door. These wires control all the windows and door locks in a 95 Jeep. Same thing happened to me. You will have to cut the rubber boot to get it off and check which wires are broken and repair them.
its the window regulator. not to bad to change. just a couple of screws to remove the door panel. peel the liner back & remove the 6 10mm bolts and uunhook the electrical connector and the window from the regulator. installation is reverse
