go into the truck. there are 2 screws holding the stop light cover. it is at a place hard to get you hands in.

Remove the headlight assembly. Just remove the 3 bolts with a 10 mm socket and pull it out so you can disconect the wire harness. After that pull the whole assembly out and unscrew the bulb cover. The bulb is held in with a spring clip.

open bonnet and in front panel is plastic flap which needs to be removed, then inside using a 5mm 1/4 drive socket and extension turn screw to release headlamp, it will click to release then foce the lamp out of appature. refitting is the reverse

Helps to remove the battery, but small ahbds can do it.
Directly behind the lens is a big round cap ... twist it off. The bulb is held in place with a spring that locks in to a notch in the holder. When handling the new bulb, don't touch the glass. The oil from your skin will cause it to shatter when turned on.
