SOURCE: Socket Size?

That looks the same as on FWD GM cars, and they are 36 mm.
Use a metric ruler and measure from side to side-that will tell you.

SOURCE: I want to know what size wrench to use on a cub cadet voluntere oil drain plug

It should be a 13mm but you probably find that someone has worked on it in the past with worn tools. If the head is worn then I would suggest getting a new drain plug and replace it when you do the oil change. To get it loose you may succeed with a single hex 13mm socket. Failing that you may have to chisel it loose. A bit brutal but some mechanics don't adhere to torque settings and over tighten these simple items!

How is the drain plug removed from a buick century 1998

Are you talking about oil drain plug? You use the proper size wrench or socket to remove the plug, turn ccw to loosen. Make sure you have a drain pan underneath. To work on your own vehicle, you need a basic set of wrenches and sockets, standard and metric sizes. You add tools to your tool set as needed.

1952 Fordson major diesel hyd fluid gets into front tranny

Sounds as if the input shaft seal for the hydraulic pump that is driven off the transmission is bad and allowing the fluid to enter the transmission housing. When the fluid gets too full it aerates and causes the "root beer float" fluid.
