The blend door actuator is located in the left rear quater panel. It's right there when you remove the trim panel (left side rear) Below is a picture of it when panel is removed along with another picture of the air duct system. I also gave you a picture of the connector at the actuator. Make sure you are geting power and test opening and closing. Worst case you could make the blend door stay to where you are geting heat until you can repair the problem...
Check for power to your rear wiper motor. To do this you will have to remove the rear door trim. Once the door trim is removed check for power at your connector plug on the rear wiper motor with switch on. If there is power there than replace motor if not then start by checking fuses (which is a good idea to do before removing door panel because it's the easiest thing to check), connectors and wiring for damage and open circuit( cuts or broken pins in connectors or open/broken wiring)
I'm not sure where the fuse is, but I'm pretty certain your door sensor is the source of the problem. In between the hinges on all your doors is a button that gets pressed and depressed when the doors open and close, this controls your courtesy lights, make sure none of them are broken, seized up etc.
the door latch is adjustable. loosen the bolts (possible torx head) and move it toward the outside of the car . move it a very small amount, retighten bolts and try closing door. repeat as needed
