Test the coil with an ohm meter to see is it still good and be sure the wires are still connected to the coil. Check power to the coil wire from harness to be sure it's got its power. It could be a dead coil or just wires disconnected..
On this model Derbi it appears the cdi and the coil are built in together in 1 box. Looks like the entire body kit with seat has to come off to get to the engine area. Im pretty good at wworking on China mopeds but Derbis are built differently. I was thinking it be the cdi or the coil. The other guy mentioned the crank/ cam shaft sensor may be bad. Didn't know this bike had that but its a Derbi Atlantis 50. Lol
Yeah, they all have that stuff under seat. I didn't know or realize the coil would be integrated to the CDI.
it appears to be all connected together in to one housing. I can't see enough or feeling enough to be for certain before I remove all the panels and the seat. That could be a protection box around both of them but I'm not sure. I'm in the process of taking it apart and I appreciate you guys help.

I am not familiar with this model but it could be the crankshaft or camshaft sensors. These tell the engine management system when the engine is in the right position to send a spark. Failed sensor no spark.

I don't have the solution but a possible help in diagnosing. If you remove the water temperature sensor connector from the sensor, the glow plug light should stay on when you go to start the car. Try leaving it on for 15 seconds and then start the car. If it starts right away, it is your sensor. If it doesn't, the good luck.
The sensor is located on the right side of the engine near the top, at the back. It is in the coolant fitting directly behind the hose from the rad, just left of the thermostat. Be careful to disconnect the wires, and not remove the sensor, or you will loose a lot of coolant. The sensor is held in by a separate plastic clip, and the harness just has a little built in clip on the side. Hope you have small hands...

try tapping the crank sensor while someone turns the key on(dont try to start just turn key forward until the radio will come on) it should whirl when the key is turned, if not tap it then you should hear it whirl. then try to start.
SOURCE: 98 s10 cranks but wont start. Checked for spark and fuel press,
Yes It does. There are (or should be) toggle switches to reset security alarm. However, the ignition hot lead passes through the security relay contacts. This relay may be the culprit, in that if it does not pull when ignition key is turned; The start relay will not pull disabling fuel pump and spark.
