The ABS fuse/relay should be under the hood. not under your dash in those fuses. should be a black cube about 1x1 inch. My Chrysler Cirrus box is black, near the battery end under hood, near computer(Pcm) wire harness goes in. Not sure what a concorde looks like but should be similar.

probably a relay. relays control switching of power from one compound circuit to another. because you have multiple circuits that are not working, this sounds likely. get a wiring schematic and find out which relay controls that system, then try replacing it.

Chrysler Concorde 1993-1997 3.5L MFI 6cyl
Exhaust Gas Recirculation System
Operation
This system reduces the amount of oxides of nitrogen (NO
x
) in the exhaust by allowing a predetermined amount of exhaust gases to
recirculate and dilute the incoming fuel/air mixture. The diluted
air/fuel mixture reduces peak flame temperature during combustion,
which in turn inhibits the production of Nitrogen oxides. The principal components of the system are:
- EGR tube (connects a passage in the intake manifold to the exhaust manifold)
- EGR valve
- Electronic EGR Transducer
- Vacuum hoses

Removal & Installation
EGR Valve and Transducer
EGR valve and transducer assembly-3.5 engine
The EGR valve attaches to the back of the cylinder head-3.5L engine
Loosen, but do not remove, the EGR tube to intake manifold screws
The EGR valve attaches to the rear of the right cylinder head.

do you need the one for inside the car or the fuse and relay center under hood? if still need i will write em dwn and make 1 in excel if it helps
SOURCE: My Trac Off light is on and so is my ABS light.
You are going to need to either replace your abs sensors or your entire wheel bearing and the abs sensor will be included... What the abs sensor does is tell the computer when the wheel is turning or locked, if the abs sensor is bad the computer will not know if the wheel is turning or not, so this will also interact with your traction control.
SOURCE: how to replace the thermostat on a 2002 chrysler
The Thermostat is under the connector for the upper radiator hose on the Engine. Trace the upper Radiator hose back to the engine and remove the 2 to 3 bolts holding the engine mounting to the engine. The thermostat is under that. If you don't have the thermostat already you can remove it and replace the cover and drive to the Auto parts store and purchase it then drive back and put the new part in after the engine cools. If you are replacing this because of over heating doing this will tell you if that was truly the problem or if the problem was actually the water pump. Using the vehicle over short distances without the thermostat will not damage your engine in the summer months. It is mainly there for winter months to let the engine warm up before the cooling fluid starts flowing anyway. Heck, I have one vehicle that hasn't had a thermostat in it for 2 years now. Runs great.
