Should be under the drivers side of the dash just left of the steering column.

not much more you can do but replace the heater core
do NOT use stop leak... it may stop the leak but it will plug up the heater core and other small passages needed for cooling the motor as well.

The main fuse block is located in the underside of the instrument panel, in or behind the glove compartment. Remove the access cover in the glove compartment to access the fuse block. Spare fuses and a fuse puller should always be kept here. Various convenience connectors, which snap-lock into the fuse block, add to the serviceability of this unit.
On some vehicles, you may have to remove a cover for access to the main fuse block
The main fuse block is in or under the glove compartment
