Is it possible that your blower motor is going out and drawing too many amps and burning out the control module? Or maybe a poor ground or bad connection?

SOURCE: The heater / ac blower

It is the blower resister. I purchasted one at auto zone for $18.00. It is located under the passenger side dash. You need to remove the glove box and the plastic cover under the dash to expose the blower motor. the blower motor resister is right next to the motor. Simply unplug the resister remove the two screws and replace. I did this and now my fan works on all speeds.

SOURCE: Location of the blower motor control module

The module is located in the ducting for the heater and is accessed from the passenger area of the front seat. I think it is just under the dash but you may have to remove the glove box. it is a rectangular item held in with four screws. and should have two connectors going to it. You have to be sure to get the right replacement if you r replacing it.
thanks.

Why would my blower, vent, defrost, ac and heater just quit blowing air?

There are several possible reasons why your blower, vent, defrost, AC, and heater might stop blowing air:

1. Blower Motor Failure: The blower motor is responsible for blowing the air through the vents. If the blower motor fails, you will not get any airflow from the vents.
2. Blower Motor Resistor Failure: The blower motor resistor controls the speed of the blower motor. If the resistor fails, the blower motor may stop working or only work at one speed.
3. Fuse or Relay Failure: A blown fuse or faulty relay in the blower motor circuit can prevent the blower motor from working.
4. Control Module Failure: The HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) control module is responsible for controlling the blower motor and other components. If the control module fails, it can prevent the blower motor from working.
5. Vacuum Leak: If your vehicle uses a vacuum system to control the vents, a vacuum leak can prevent the system from working properly.
6. Broken Blend Door: The blend door controls the direction of the airflow. If the blend door breaks or gets stuck, the air may not flow through the correct vents.
7. Wiring or Connector Issues: Faulty wiring or connectors in the blower motor circuit can prevent the blower motor from working.

2014 Honda CRV. The problem is after 20 min. of air flow it stops flowing, but the fan is still working and I still have heat and AC but no air flow out the vents

Is the air blowing out of the defrost or heater vents? My thought is it has to be going somewhere if the blower is on, so it would likely be a faulty climate control unit or blend door motor shifting it to the incorrect position. If I can assist further, reach me at https://www.6ya.com/thericepatch

Hyundai Elantra A/C clicks on and off. Is it the blower transistor or the resistor? It has both items.

the ac starting and stopping is from high head pressure (too much gas/blockage) or thermostat settings If you have a climate control module that also controls the heat then it may be the module that is faulty. have it checked out by an accredited ac specialist shop.

Your impala doesn't have a resistor , it has a blower motor control processor and it doesn't work the way you think it does
Chevy Trailblazer EXT Blower Motor Won Turn Off
Blower Motor Control Processor
The blower motor control processor is an interface between the HVAC control module and the blower motor. The blower motor speed control, battery positive voltage and ground circuits enable the control processor to operate. The HVAC control module provides a PWM signal to the control processor in order to command the blower motor speed. The processor supplies 12 volts to the blower motor through the blower motor voltage supply circuit. The control processor uses the blower motor ground as a low side control to adjust the blower motor speed.

1997 buick century - blower stays on when car is off

The blower motor relay is stuck, holding the curcit engauged. Look under the hood, find the conveinence center, where you will find fuses and relays (read the cover, see if one says AC/Heater blower relay), if not, look in your car's manual, to see where this relay is located. When you find it, pull it out, see if the moter stops, if ti does , replace it.
