You will need to have the Cady dealer scan the systems control module for faults to be sure what is causing this. You can also try replacing the hood open sensor or seeing if it bent and not sensing the hood is fully down/latched.
I would have the abs system check out, this could be a combiation of things. Most likely is due to a faulty wheel speed sensor but to determine which sensor is at fault will require a scan tool capible of scanning obd I abs systems
Try turning the key on and leaving it on for about 30 minutes this should reset the security protection. This happens with my mom's Impala and this is how they told her to fix it. It works for hers both being GM should be similar security system let me know if it works
If you have a 2nd key try that. Sometimes the chip within the key acts up. Dont think ''cleaning " the fuse is doing anything.. Possibly removal and reinstallation miight reset
does your care key have a little black chip in it ? if yes, chances are you have a broken wire from youre ign lock cylinder from the anti thieft ( vats)
sustem. so the body control computer will not let the car turn over. you will have to replace the ign lock cylinder and have it recoded with the proper ohm resistor as the original key that came with the car.
