Changed bulb and skinned wires back to put test light on in a few spots but couldn't get a good enough ground anywhere to get it to light up all other lights are working but the one brake light need to try something else
Stop Lamps
The body control module (BCM) is responsible for controlling the stop lamps. When the driver presses the brake pedal, the BCM will receive a signal from the brake switch. The BCM then supplies battery positive voltage to both left and right stop lamp assemblies and to the center high mounted stop lamp (CHMSL).
Which one isn't working ? Left - right or center high mount
Testimonial: "in the back on the drivers side"
all other lights are working except the one brake light in the back on the drivers side
Do you know how to test power an grounds with a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ? Looking at a wiring diagram ,so you know which color wire to test ? Do you know there are two sides to a electrical circuit ? One is battery voltage an the other is the ground side . The right an left sides have different ground points .

SOURCE: No Brake Lights?!?
There is brake light switch located under the dash. It is inserted in a metal bracket that is a part of the brake pedal assembly. When you depress the brake pedal the pedal arm moves away from the brake switch allowing a spring loaded plunger to move out of the switch. As the plunger moves out of the switch a set of contacts close in the switch and turn the brake lights on.
You stated the 10amp under hood brake light fuse is good so check to see if you have power on the "orange" wire at the brake switch with pedal all the way up. Then press the pedal down and you should have power on the " light blue" wire going out of the switch.
We will start there, let me know what you find.

take the ground line of the battery and press the brake for a few minutes and if the life is still on have the vehicle scann and clear code and have the emission components for the vehicle check

Just a thought but you may want to look at your multifunction lever. The brake lights have a contact in there and it may be bad. Not uncommon so I have been told. I replaced mine but be warned the multifunction lever will set you back almost $200

Never skin wires back for testing , this can cause bigger problems down the road . Water intrusion can cause corrosion farther inside the wire then you would think . Corrosion can cause wires strands to break , cause resistance problems . Dim lighting etc.... Back probing is the preferred method .
