This may not be a problem. Car manufacturers designed the air blower to run regardless if in the off position because this avoids exhaust fumes from building up inside the car. Thus, it is a safety feature. The fan will be blowing on a low speed. If this is not the case for you, it is most likely the fan speed switch that might be faulty.

yes make sure all the wires are off the blower motor and jump it to give it 12 volts if the blower works the problem is else ware. get back to me if you need more help,please don't leave bad rating get back to me and we'll go from there

could be one of two problems either the switch for the fan motor or the motor itself u would need a 12volt test light to check ground one side light and touch the switch connector wires one by one until light comes on this is the main line then turn switch to the 1st speed u should get a light on another wire if switch is working repete for all speed selection if it works then the motor is bad

You have clean the blower unit , may be its dirty then . and then check the blower resistor unit for malfunction.

The fan blows pretty fast when the setting is on 0 ! Kind of strange !
