Need a fuse panel layout diagram for a 99 Saturn I have no cover don't know what fuse goes to what component after checking all of them with the test light one fuse in particular has no power on either side of it even with everything on car running and I'm trying to figure out why I have no instrument panel action nothing works on my instrument panel

There is a 10A & 20A fuse located under the dash on the BACK of the fuse box.
Replace the 20A and your done.

The fuse panel is located on a bracket on the driver's side of the instrument panel or, on some RV models it is located on a bracket attached to the brake pedal.

under the glove box, you'll set a panel with 2 plastic pressure pins. using a pair of pliers, just pull from the center and remove both of them. the entire panel will be free, and the fuse block is on the far right side, (closest to the passenger door) you'll need a good light and small hands....the engineers did NOT give you a lot of room in there!
