Boot lights are usually clipped into place. There will be a small gap on the edge of the lense. GENTLY hook it out with a small screwdriver. When done it should push back in and click into place.

there is a compartment under the steering weel if you look closely there is writing on a cover that says fuse and the fuse map on the inside of the cover
