It's no way to change the version, you have to replace command with the English version command unit, and also have to buy the navigation DVD from dealer, is this information helped you?

i would just go down to the toyota dealership in your area and they will print you off one in english.

2008?? you having a laugh asking on here??? .This vehicle uses encrypted software via the internet with germany,no dealer has the software on a disk.Neither do snap-on or any other software supplier for the automotive industry.So be prepared to have your wallet stripped by the dealer ,after all it is a ªªªªªªªªªªªªªªªªMERCEDESªªªªªªªªªªªªªªª So if its anythinhg more than a select cable ??

go to the info menu and navigate to the language options and select english, should be able to reset the oil life reset in the same menu.

To add navigation option you have to have the original screen in the car , and then you have to install the full navigation parts .
You can change the language from the menu itself
