Chilton and Haynes books are never free. You may get lucky and find a used one for a decent price. Your best bet may be to go online at "alldatadiy.com". This will cost about $30 a year but it is very vehicle specific. You input the year,make ,model, engine and transmission and they provide detailed repair instructions complete with diagrams.

You can buy a used one here. and here for electrical troubleshooting. We however do not have repair manuals

you might need to order one online. but you can get a repair manuel wich can be purchased at an autoparts store. the repair manuel covers a few models but includes each one seperatly. this book might have the information you need but it is different than the owners manuel.

you should be able to go to your local auto store and get a repair manuel for your year and model car. It will tell how to repair almost everything on your car.

mcdevito75 here, Your local library will have a manual for your car, but the way you speak, sounds like you need the actuall shop manual for your Mitsubishi, and That shop manual is only available thru Mitsubishi dealership..

buy a repair manuel from a parts store. Check to see that it has the wiring diagram in the manuel.

The 2002, 2003 and 2004 Mazda MPV's all use the same Ford 6 cyl. 3.0 duratec engine. The Ford Escape and Mazda Tribute of those years use the same engine. Therefore if you need an inexpensive engine repair manuel for your 2002 MPV, get the Haynes ($20.00) 2001-2007 Escape/Tribute manuel. Mazda sells the a MPV shop manuel for $180.00. I also own a 2002 Mazda MPV LX. 75k miles.
