I got a raptor 660. I was on sand dunes and was only able to climb the dunes in second gear. 3rd always seemed to bog out no matter how fast i hit the dune. Always have to down shift to 2nd gear.

I know that if you change the back sprocket to a smaller sprocket with one less tooth you will get more torque but you will loose top end speed. But not sure if 1 less tooth is gonna give enough torque maybe 2 less teeth might work but you can experiment with it. You can research it for more detailed descriptions

Changing bolt pattern on my raptor 660

It is not recommended to change the bolt pattern on a Raptor 660. The bolts are designed to fit the frame and any alterations could weaken the frame and cause damage. If you are looking to change the bolt pattern, you should consult a professional mechanic or experienced fabricator who is familiar with the Raptor 660.

ask around but it may have a cv transmission which has a belt drive between variable pulleys so you will not feel ratio changes

2014 jeep wrangler unlimited mode control light flashes when I start jeep

I'm not clear on what you mean by: "Mode Light".
there are dozens of indicators on the dash, and some of them have multiple functions.
on model year 2010 and up, there is an "Eco Mode" that displays on the left display, with tachometer.
there are also specific warning codes that flash across the odometer display, with the speedometer. A particularly lethal code is: "Hot Oil". I experience this code driving 8 mph in the soft sand dunes of the outer banks NC. Less than 3 minutes later I lost all forward and reverse gears. The automatic transmission had overheated, due,to the the fact that Wrangler JK's do not engage the torque converter in 4WD High range until 3rd gear. So use Low-Range with automatics 2007-2012. The 3.6L 8-speed automatics do not have this problem 2013-newer.
Can you describe the color, location, shape, and possibly provide a picture?

How fast should i go in 4wd low

Your no going too fast for sure. This gear is designed to crawl...also known as a granny gear. You should never have to use this LOW gear, unless your climbing a steep hill, or severly stuck is sugar sand.

Transfer Case not locking in

you need to take it to a garage ,put it on a hoist , start it up ,put it in drive ,put it in 4x4 and see if front drive shaft spins,if it is and the front wheels are not it is most likely the plastic thing on the passenger side of the front axle. This is what locks in the front axle to the drive shaft. If the drive shaft isnt spinning then it is a problem with the transfer case.

My Toyota Prado's 2strt warning light is on. What's the problem?

down on your console next to drivers seat is a button with 2nd start on it -push it and it will turn off light --- you can use this button to lock gearbox into 2nd gear at anytime -so it lets you take off in 2ng gear if you find that 1st gear is causing to much slipage when stuck in mud or on clay . i also use it on sand sometimes to get a better run up sand dunes so it misses that sudden **** changing up from 1st to 2nd.
hope this helps
